"My first night was great, second night, new staff, noticed my small puppy and immediately transferred me and my family to a lower room that smelled like chemicals. We then moved to another room which was a little better smelling. The first night we had a very nice room with our puppy. $250 a night only to get sent to a smelly room once she noticed the pup. Made me a little angry. "

"The room was clean, the staff were lovely, the complimentary breakfast was great (other than the pancake maker being broken. That was too bad), and my stay was overall very enjoyable! I would stay here again! "
