"Had a great stay! The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. Everything was well taken care of, and the location was convenient. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
"I stay here whenever in Kirksville. It’s a good hotel and I especially like the Costa Coffee in the lobby. I think, however, the breakfast needs some help. Both times we went for breakfast - first time late, around 9:10am and the second time early, around 7:45am - the eggs had burnt bits and the oatmeal was like paste. Also, the toaster was anemic. I tried to toast an English muffin and three times pushing it down produced no color and little warmth. The butter didn’t even melt."
"Could tell it was recently renovated. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast. Room was good. Ice machine and laundry didn't work and check out was at 11. I dropped a kid off at an activity that we were in town for at 8 and came back to check out and they had already disabled my room cards."

"The hotel had been renovated in late 2024, so the entire property is clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive! The room was very quiet & spacious. There were also plenty of electrical plugs, many with USB-A connectors.
