"The Hopping Hare is a gem! We were attending a festival and had to arrive early to check in. We couldn’t have our room but our luggage was taken care of and waiting for us in our room for when we arrived well after midnight. From check in to check out, our 4 day experience was faultless and consistent. All the staff we met during our stay were friendly and helpful, however a special mention must go to Sarah. She was there from the start by checking us in, at breakfast and the end by checking us out. She never seemed to leave!! Her attention, friendliness and professionalism was wonderful, a perfect host. Thank you ☺️"

"Nice Hotel in the town, clean room,Staff good , Parking good in the Sol centre but £8 for the day. Good breakfast. I had a room at the back of hotel and there was a lot of noise, the hotel know about it that's why they provide ear plugs in the room if knew about it before i would have requested a room at the front. where my son was and he said it was not to bad."

"The accommodation was basic but comfortable and clean. Good sized family room. Easy check in/out. Breakfast was decent, possibly benefit from a little more fruit choice. Food in the pub was nice, esp the carvery."
