"We booked the family suite and the room was huge. The whirlpool was amazing to sit in and unwind at the end of a long day. My only complaint is that the fireplace did not work as advertised. It was fall and a little chilly, and the fireplace would have been the perfect ambience. I did call maintenance but someone came and told me the fireplace was just decoration (I know this isn't true because it has an on/off button, and switch on the wall, and an adjuster dial to adjust the flame up and down). A tad frustrating but the room was still nice. The indoor pool was also too cold to use. Parking was extremely convenient but we were there on a Sunday and Monday, not sure how easy parking would be in the small lot during a busy weekend. We loved the proximity to the Crayola Factory; just a short 3 block walk."
