"Sara was a wonderful host and an excellent communicator throughout our stay! She was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to Cherry Creek for the arts festival and enjoy the shops, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. The unit was exactly what we were looking for, and we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Great experience overall! Loved the pool and easy parking."

"I felt really relaxed here, enjoyed the snacks after a swim!"

"Great space. Several restaurants and bars walking distance. Short car ride to convention center/theater district."

"The parking and check in for the property was easy and well communicated. It’s located in a quiet spot with a ton of things to do within a short walk."

"My daughter and I had an excellent extended stay at Barb and Paul's lovely apartment. The place truly has everything a person can need. The bed is super comfortable, Wi-Fi is fast and reliable (I was working remotely and this was important), the bathroom is very well stocked, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals for the two weeks we were there. Bonus, there is a nice little neighborhood market less than half a mile away if you need to run out for anything. I took walks in...

"This was an ideal situation: stress free, had everything we needed, very comfortable, friendly and approachable hosts if needed. We will definitely be using this property again if we are ever back in the Denver area."

"Perfect spot for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, pretty quiet. Just the right size for two coworkers on a concert weekend. Walk a block and you’ve got coffee, donuts, pizza, whatever you fancy. Close to downtown. Easy to get an Uber and having a parking spot is great. Loved the extra security of the gate. Would stay again and again."
