The room was very clean the location was exactly where we wanted not in the middle of anything but very close to all the places we wanted to go. The property is a little dated but kinda in a weird way adds to the charm

Everything was great as usual, and we enjoyed our stay. However, we were disappointed to find there was no gas for the BBQ grills. This is something that should be checked regularly by the maintenance crew to ensure guests can use the amenities.

Excellent location you could walk or bike to downtown Provincetown in less than 1/2 hour. Beautiful view of the sound and on the beach after less than a quarter mile from the cottage.
