"What a nice surprise. My coworker and I had decided at the very last minute to stay in Cape Breton. There was very limited availability anywhere and, withour much research. we decided to stay here. This gem was a highlight of our whole trip. We really enjoyed the dinner experience. 7 courses of pure love! Lex and Hogle were most pleasant to talk to and are assets to this hotel. "Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great views and a really solid breakfast with cereals, oatmeal, eggs, bread, yogurt, hash browns, and turkey bacon (which I personally prefer). Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Laundry room could use some updating, and pool was closed. Property was well maintained and it was a very calming stay."

"We stayed in a brand new dome and it was beautiful! Very bright, clean, spacious. The owner was kind and helpful. There are no bathrooms, running water, or shower in the dome. So plan accordingly. But they bathrooms were close by and good. They listed a "hot springs" and "hot tub" on their listing,, as well as laundry. But there was no hot springs nearby (we asked), the hot tub was quite dirty, so we didn't use it, and there was no laundry available. That was frustrating as we were...
