"Staff is excellent in their welcoming attitude and day to day courtesy and warmth. Property is a little tired but in a pricey market it represents a good value. Location is great. Breakfast is not gourmet but it is ok. If you can ignore a little dated decor, some less than perfect fixtures, and 90% clean it's a good place to choose."

"Property was exactly as pictured. It was close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. It was comfortable and pleasant to return to. We would stay here again!"

"Great clean room and location. Mariana provides above and beyond (water bottles and biscottis). She was very responsive."

"The space was very clean and well laid out. I enjoyed the personal touches. Very nice quiet neighborhood that was easy to walk around. I would recommend this listing to anyone."

"Best rental ive ever stayed at. I travel 9 months out of the year. Its clean, has extra amenities, a full kitchen and makes you feel at home. "

"Very cute and comfy! Would stay again."

"The hosts answered my questions promptly. The house was stocked with the bare minimum. Only a few small spoons (I have kids) but five or so giant soup spoons. Enough knives and forks. Almost no cooking pots/pans, baking dishes and other kitchen necessities. I was hoping to cook a meal while we were there. We stayed in December. There was not an extra blanket to be found. Only one blanket on each bed. The house itself was adequate. We only stayed for two nights. "

"Very clean and quiet. The host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely go again!"

"We had a lovely stay at this property. The kitchen was stocked with any spice you would need to cook a homemade meal. This is such a wonderful, rarely seen detail at a short term rental."

"A cozy, clean and updated apartment in downtown Vancouver. Was perfect for my stay. It is in downtown so can be noisy on weekend nights due to bars and restaurants on the block. But it was exactly what I needed for my stay."

"We found dog hair on the only two chairs that were in the room. I found a long human hair on one bed pillow, our slippers were full of dog hair from the floor, outside the door was dirty and spider webs everywhere. The bed was up against the wall making it difficult for the person close to the wall to get out of bed. No closet to hang our clothes. Sure wasn’t anything we expected, I booked for two nights but we only stayed one night. The host gave us a full refund which made it good for us."

"Good location. Easy street parking. Lovely relaxing back yard. Would definitely recommend."

""We had a wonderful stay at this tiny home! It was spotless from top to bottom, and the design made great use of the small space without feeling cramped at all. The outdoor setting was gorgeous — surrounded by trees with such a peaceful, woodsy feel that made it easy to unwind. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and we loved the nice touch of having free beverages stocked in the fridge for us. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, nature-filled getaway!""

"Great treehouse with all the amenities. Best to pack a backpack rather than luggage as the boardwalk back to the treehouse from the parking lot felt close to 150 yard walk."

"The place was very unique and a great experience. The creek running by added a nice calming effect to our stay."
