This is a beautifully decorated, oceanfront, condo in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This unit can accommodate a maximum of 6 people with 1 king, 1 queen & 1 full. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer.

Enjoy the wonderful views from the private oceanfront balcony where you can relax and watch the dolphins in the morning and enjoy the sun in the afternoon.

Waterpointe II is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach and is located just a couple of minutes from Barefoot Landing. Sit back and relax while watching folks on the beach or head down to the beach and enjoy a nice walk or frolicking in the Atlantic Ocean.

When it is time for dinner this condo has all that you will need to make a meal or head out to Barefoot Landing, located about 1 mile away for a good meal at the many restaurants that are available for your indulgence. Then take a relaxing stroll through the many shops that are available at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach.

We brought our boys and two of their cousins to the beach. If four boys ages 11-13 can have fun, anyone can! With storms going through right before we got there having the lifeguard stationed right out front so we could see the safety flags before planning our day was helpful. Having an indoor AND outdoor pool AND a hot tub kept everyone happy when swimming wasn’t safe.

Absolutely loved this condo and the location. We will definitely be back. However, the only issue I had was the misleading advertisement for the 250 daily activities. I thought it was for the entire family but it’s only one ticket, which is also fine.

Great spot

We loved the location. Condo cute, clean. Loved indoor and outdoor pool and how it is just a short walk to the beach. Our only hiccup was that refrigerator did not work, someone came out the next day but didn’t get a replacement until day three. Unfortunately all of our food we packed already went bad. But the management was easy to get in touch with.

Great condo, great location!

Unit was clean and bright. As a corner unit it was very quiet and had an amazing view. Parking was easy. Everyone was comfortable and I would stay in the same unit again.

Great view!

This condo offers an amazing view of the ocean, made even better by being an end unit. There was plenty of space, everything was clean, the washer and dryer was handy, pools/pool area was well kept, and the beds were comfy. The bedroom with the bunk beds is a little small but having 3 bedrooms was great. We loved our stay here!

Last minute booking

We had to book last minute, and this stay was awesome! Had some construction going on during the stay HOWEVER didn’t even notice and the kids had a fantastic time. Definitely our go to spot.

Loved the Condo!

We have vacationed in N. Myrtle Beach for many years. We like to stay in condos that are not in a high rise building. This was our first time staying at this condo and renting through N. Beach Realty. Everything was wonderful. The unit was neat and clean and beautifully decorated. Looks even better than the photos listed! New living room furniture, comfortable beds, beautiful beach front views, including spectacular views of the sunrise. GREAT tv's in main area and bedrooms - - I was able to watch YouTube videos and sign in to my Amazon Prime videos as well (no need to bring a Fire Stick - Yay!). This unit also had an Alexa device. It was pretty cool to ask Alexa for recommended restaurants. Pool areas were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. This is a 3 BR condo but we did not use the 3rd bedroom which has bunk beds for kids'. Anyone interested in this unit, the 3rd bedroom is very small, but it has a TV and DVD player to keep children entertained. The immediate parking area is relatively small, but it was October and not very busy. During the summer, count on parking across the road at the second parking area - - no problem, because it is a NICE parking area and brightly lit at night. There are spaces near the door for loading and unloading and they have luggage carts and grocery carts to use. Also TWO elevators! It was a great vacation week for us and we will plan to stay at Waterpoint 2 again.

Lovely Family Friendly Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfectly located for our family, right on the water. Our daughters enjoyed being able to easily run between the pools and the beach. The condo was clean and organized. Wish the furniture was setup for more of our family to watch movies together but it wasn’t an issue really.

My family and I love this section on NMB! The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 6! Our youngest shared the bedroom with that bunk beds and they had plenty of room in that bedroom and did not feel cramped!

Perfect spring break getaway

We loved this condo and the property since we weren’t sure how April weather would be. We lucked out and didn’t necessarily need the indoor pool because the weather was beautiful and we were beach bums but it was a nice backup if that hadn’t been the case. We had a little issue with the washer but it was quickly addressed.

Fun week at the beach

We had a great time staying in this condo for the week. It is in the perfect location and was the perfect size for our family of four. The condo was exactly as advertised. We had an awesome view of the ocean. Highly recommend.

Relaxing with some surprises

Great stay, had a few bumps...master toilet ran the whole time, found 7 roaches, all different sizes but they came and sprayed.... He said not sure how long the roaches had been there and a lot of the lights wouldn't work... But we loved the view, the quiet and the ocean.

Great view from the corner balcony, clean, and decorations had a real beachy vibe!

I was offended by the North Beach Realtor office! I am not politically motivated and identify as an independent, but the atmosphere was toxic with political hate. I am on vacation and I don't give a hoot about your politically views, not to mention the at least 50 people crammed in waiting for their keys yelling, impatient, tired from along trip, hungry, and nothing pleasant not even on the tv like beachfront shows...nope... two of the worst opinionated news stations ever and I mean ever. (I am a teacher and for years my students track news, social media, and reality tv for a project about truth, lies, and hate in the media and tv...the two stations on were #1 and #2 in spreading falsehoods and instigating hate.) I loved the room, 601, but will never rent from North Beach Realtor. My hard earn cash will not go to decorate the office with more politically garbage!

Other than having a problem with the keys to the building and pool doors ( poorly cut keys that other people had in the building ) we were surpised we didn't find a iron in the room. All had a good time and GREAT weather. Thank you, Jerry.

Clean and Close to Beach

This property was very clean. Had plenty of bedding and towels, and everything you may need to utilize this place like a home. Although it was super clean, we did see several bugs in the kitchen. We also came less than a week after pest control services so maybe that had something to do with it. The view is AMAZING. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Unlike other places I’ve stayed, not a lot of trekking through the same was required to get to the beach. The community is very nice, seemed to be a lot more families and older folks, so good for people who want to avoid noisy crowds and a lot of partying. Still only about 25 minutes from MB boardwalk if you wanted to Have some fun. Lots of local restaurants nearby, several grocery stores within a few miles too. Enjoyed the property and would definitely book again!

We enjoyed the closeness to the beach! The kids enjoyed being able to swim in either pool! Quiet nice neighborhood and close to a lot of activities and shops!

We had a great time!

This is our second stay in this unit and it was just as good this time as the first! The views are great and the unit was nice and roomy for our family of 2 adults and 2 kiddos. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pools! Parking is convenient and there are dedicated load/unload parking spaces right next to the property. It looked like someone tried to repair the microwave handle prior to our arrive. It ended up coming off again, but that did not stop us from using the microwave. Would definitely stay here again!
