The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, private full bath with a new stand up tiled shower and sliding glass doors which allows the guest access to the oceanfront balcony, and a Flat Screen TV for late night viewing. The balcony is also accessible from the living room.

Bedroom #3 is very small with a twin size bunk bed, flat screen TV and a twin trundle.

Waterpointe I is centrally located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach and is minutes away from Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, a plethora of restaurants (including the Famous Hamburger Joes and Cracker Barrel), and a variety of entertainment venues (House of Blues, Alabama theater, Alligator Adventure, Pirates Voyage). They work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and our staff is available to you 24/7. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist!

Maximum of two vehicles.
Guests must register their vehicles in the book located by the elevators (just fill out the vehicle infomation)
Golf carts are not permitted on the property
Our properties are completely non smoking.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
The Fireplace is cosmetic.
Not pet friendly.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already included, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed. Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
