"I selected this hotel for my spring break hotel based off others review. However it was definitely not what. I expected. The listing is not up to date there is no Continental breakfast. They say oh that stopped about a year ago. There is no free parking. Oh the property started charging for that. So when I spoke with the property staff they said Expedia owe you some money back. The rooms were nasty. I had to fully get my room change to the other side of the building because the first side smelled like smoke and I choose non smoking due to my kids have asthma. Blood and a booger was on the wall. So then they transferred me to the other side as an upgrade it was freezing. I kept trying to turn the heat up. No heat no AC nothing was happening so I called off my phone the front desk because the phone would not work to call. The front desk said ohh yeah there's no heat in the building we have warm blankets that we can give you to stay warm. So maybe after an hr 2nd call 2 warm thin blanket arrived. This DEFINITELY WAS NOT WORTH MY MONEY. LOCATION WAS HORRIBLE LOOK LIKE A ANYTHING GOES ON. I will continue to choose booking. com. Expedia y'all need an update or refund me money. "If u are looking for a small run facility locally ran facility this is good. When we first got here our room had a weird smell and the staff change our room. Super nice guy and our next room was perfect. You can tell it's ran on a small budget older building and rooms. Just about 2 min from the board walk and beach. "

"Stayed overnight due to missed flight. Very near to Miami International airport, clean room, nice restaurant and bar on location, front desk staff courteous and welcoming. "

"Nice property but no coffee maker in the room. So you have to go to the lobby for coffee & it’s only served from 7-11AM. If you’re not going to have coffee in the rooms they should have coffee available early…like 5 or 6AM. "
