"From the moment we booked until arrival the host were receptive and very easy to communicate with, we were greeted upon arrival and made to feel rite at home, the place was immaculate and looked exactly like the photos.They had snacks waters and sodas, l thought that was an amazing thing to have.The pool was beautiful and well maintained unfortunately on this trip we didn't get to swim,the back yard was beautiful and inviting you can tell they put a lot of love and time into this place.I would...

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was neglected, poorly cleaned, and nothing matched what was advertised. The amenities were either broken or missing altogether. What made the stay even worse was the terrible customer service — staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and made no effort to resolve any of the issues I reported. It felt like they simply didn’t care. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property."
