"The property was great. Perfect location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Ideal for a weekend getaway."

"The garage and downstairs are not open to the guest, which was a little odd, but overall the house was cute and clean."

"Great property"

"We loved the house. Felt like a true home away from home. Comfy beds, adequate storage, nice towels, great backyard for our dogs. It had a great kitchen and laundry facilities. It was very close to downtown Iowa City, grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it."

"All was well and as expected"

"We had a group of 11 adults and found the house spacious and comfortable. Chad was quick and informative in their responses. The backyard has a good entertaining space between the hit tub, fire pit and deck. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking/baking utensils. The basement is also a great entertaining space between the card table and large sectional. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks and. Great house and would stay here again!"

"We had a really great time here at this COZY, but well-appointed Cottage. Everything was there that we required for a GREAT stay. Location is EXCELLENT to all that Cedar Rapids has to offer. Communication with our Host was immediate and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here, thanks to a GREAT place !"

"I proposed to my girlfriend here. It was a wonderful time. The scenery was beautiful and the staff were super cooperative and helpful."

"Nice"

"What a lovely home! We rented this for a relatives wedding! It was perfect for a one night stay! Clean and comfortable. It is in a great quiet neighborhood. There was some construction, but the owner couldn’t help that. It took a tiny second to reroute and go a different route around the back because gps kept telling me to go the way where the roads were blocked off. Comfortable bed and pull out sofa for the kids! We even left something and the owner met us to get it from them! Such a...

"Great place! Close to Iowa City. Super friendly owners!"

"Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. Of course there is a grocery store right across the street, but still... The bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Location was right on a fairly busy corner and we were apprehensive of noise but turned out OK. Everything...

"This property was perfect for our needs. It was a very cozy stay. Everything you need for food or shopping very convenient."

"Checking in was bumpy, but we got it sorted out. I would stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay in Cedar Rapids. This Vrbo is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy parking. We were close to everything. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with our host was excellent. The kitchen was especially nice. We were there during a warm weekend so we appreciated the AC! Thank you!"

"The property was clean and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent. We knew exactly how to access the property, lock up, where to park, etc. It was an easy process and I would highly recommend."

"We had a pleasant stay and was able to visit with family in the area."
