"Staff was friendly, even though I ran into an issue upon arrival when my assigned room wasn’t ready at check-in time. After a long, rough drive, that left me worn out this definitely didn’t help my mood—but the front desk handled it well and quickly took care of me. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and TV. The location is convenient, right off the interstate, with a Target, shopping center, and several restaurants just a short drive away. No bugs or other issues during my stay. Despite the rocky start, I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"My stay at the Pardo Hotel started off well, and most of the staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. However, my experience changed on Friday morning. I went to the front desk to request clean towels and had a frustrating interaction with one staff member whose name I unfortunately did not get. After going back and forth, I took my dirty towels back to Room 226 and left them outside my door. Later, someone came by, placed a trash bag by my door, and left, but I still never received the clean towels I originally asked for. After waiting for a while and realizing no one was coming, I went back down to the front desk again, and that’s when I finally received two sets of clean towels. By that point, I was already frustrated and disappointed with how the situation was handled. Because I value peace and a stress-free stay, I decided to check out Friday night instead of Saturday morning. While the rest of the staff made my stay enjoyable, my experience that Friday morning left a negative impression, and I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be returning."
