"Started off a little bumpy the check in was difficult they said we didn’t have a room but then she found us one. I had this booked several weeks in advance so I thought there should be no issues with check in process. This took some time. The property was nice and pleasant. The breakfast offered is great! Plenty of room in the room we booked. Clean property and pleasant staff. We got a later check out time which was nice. After bumpy start everything else was great!"

"Well, it's rare but it has happened: one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Messed up people in the lobby, shabby and neglected facilities. Tears and stains. Towels gray, tub cracked and filtjy. Front desk said, "all the rooms are that way." I would avoid this place by a mile. OYO, fix this place, or get out of Jackson."
