"Very lazy staff only real workers I seen was house keeping front desk horrible doesn’t really help with anything I stay there for three days for Miami music week and on night two I had my room broken into and one of my bags stolen and the security did a little bit of help, but the front desk was really no help at all. They didn’t even let me see the footage or anything. I would not recommend this location to the average person. No complimentary breakfast no phone or anything in rooms was very unprofessional "

"The room was not ready when we arrived and we had limited linens. The pull out bed was literally like sleeping on springs. It was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever experienced. We chose this hotel because we needed to leave early and it offered breakfast at 6am. We left at 7 and no breakfast available. "

"The maintenance staff was amazing, management was amazing, but the two girls that work behind the counter during the day, I won’t mention names, but they are in the wrong profession because they were AF! Too long, black hair ladies. Weren’t willing to let the finger Ok in uber and the lognto help me get in my room, or call the manager,. Essentially I guess they get paid to do nothing. At night folks, shout out to The Grand Hotel Ft. Lauderdale. MM for a fun, three days vacation!! "
