"The lady I engaged with was great to deal with and responded quickly to inquiries. Upon closer examination, the place was not as clean as we had expected; however the host said she would address the issue. There are a lot of extras that were nice; for example a foosball table, a sunroom, a washer/dryer. It is in a good location on the Grand River and is quiet. It is also pet friendly which was what we needed. Overall I would recommend the place."

"the check-in process is clear and easy to follow, and the property is clean and well-stocked, with toiletries, towels, and supplies for coffee and tea. the furniture is comfortable, and both wifi and roku tv are provided. hosts are kind and communicative. the location is super convenient: there is a plaza nearby with a grocery store, bank, lcbo, gas station, etc. and the hosts provide a list of nearby restaurants and takeaway locations."

"Lovely Property and hosts"

"The property is good for a solo or couple who require accommodation. The host supplied the basic toiletries and kitchen supplies. The neighborhood is quiet."

"Good place."

"Like: The property was newer, nice appliances bathrooms washer etc. Clean sheets Dislike: Floors and walls dirty. Carpet on stairs disgusting. 32 steps to get to the upstairs. No end tables or dressers in bedrooms No kitchen table or chairs or pots and pans or dish towels etc... Bare minimum or none at all, accessories or supplies."

"Muito boa a estadia. Imóvel novo e completo com todos os eletrodomésticos. Quarto limpo. Localização próxima ao centro da cidade. Achei o check in um pouco complicado antes de chegar ao imóvel, porém estando lá, fui bem atendido pelo concierge."

"My friend and I were in town for work and stayed here for the week. Check in was easy and the unit was very clean. We had everything that we needed, our stay was comfortable, and the host was very communicative and thoughtful!"

"A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!"

"Very good checkin instruction. Accommodated our service animal."
