"This is a great value for the price."

"I checked in at around 6:30 pm first room I was given was not cleaned yet. Second room I was given maintenance was in there. So was given a third room. Room was clean just didn't like the light on the restroom being to dim. The tv is outdated it has no apps to be able to log in like in other Hilton properties, just cable."

"Dirty"

"Spacious and clean room, and great amenities like complimentary appetizer buffet for dinner and complimentary breakfast…..biscuits, sausage, gravy, potatoes, eggs, waffle bar, etc. Great value!"

"Clean and convenient"

"It was a great experience, I just find insane the price of the water bottles. Over $11 for a water bottle lol"

"The hotel is very new and well-kept. Parking was convenient and hotel is easy to get to. Breakfast lacked luster but it’s a budget hotel so it was to par in that sense."

"I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was great. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel had a great atmosphere. You can tell they care about making sure their guests have a positive experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable place to stay. I would happily come back again!"

"Todo estuvo muy bien. Cama cómoda, servicio diario de recarga, desayuno bueno y áreas limpias."

"Everything about this property was terrible. I don’t believe these reviews anymore. I did not receive the room I overpaid for. It was a downgrade. The smell in the room was terrible. The carpet was really dirty, very old and ripped in a few places. The shower did not work properly. I found people’s hair trapped inside of the pillows. Room was dark and depressing. There was not a single thing I liked about this property."

"Today I am grateful. I slept for the first time in months. I was greeted with open arms and kind welcoming words. I was provided with wonderful accomodations. A beautiful room that was customized to my exact needs plus a few extra unexpected goodies. Everyone here was kind, thoughtful and accommodating. Especially when I thought I was late for a meeting and dashed out the door without my room key, shoes or my magic pointer that helps me feel better about not always seeing well. I am not the same...

"Great hotel with beautiful rooms and a lovely pool."

"I really enjoyed my stay at TownPlace Suites in Austin over the weekend. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The entire property was very well maintained and my room was quiet, clean, comfortable and smelled nice. I rested very well before making the trip home the next morning. I'll be staying here again and would encourage others to try it out."

"Brava house was wonderful! The breakfast was great and you are really close to downtown! 100% recommend"

"The staff was lovely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is run down. peeling wallpaper, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom hook missing so no where to hang a towel. The bathroom light fixture was even partially pulled off the wall. My room only had a lamp on one of the bedside tables, and it flickered. When I arrived it looked like the room had been cleaned, but there were still hair balls on the floor."
