"If I were being picky , I could mention the fact that this property is well kept and very clean . Other than the laundry service missed a few hairs . That is so insignificant; I was wowed by the staff management and the room concierges . This Hotel is so wonderful anytime I’m in this area again I will stay there . Breakfast will get your day right . And the staff will get you safety and sleep right . Loved my stay ."

"Staff was exceptionally accommodating and helpful! That being said, the hotel(unbeknownst to us until arrival) was having renovations done in various areas. We were told no hot breakfast for a few days. A perk that was listed on the Expedia app. The Hot Tub was out of order. The A/C unit was leaking so bad in the first room that we had to change rooms. Then the room they put my daughter in had a leaking A/C unit as well. She didn't bother moving and just put the ice bucket to catch the water....

"Very disappointing stay. Check-in was frustrating from the start. I rang the bell and could see an employee looking at me but she didn't acknowledge me. After waiting, I rang again. She finally came over but directed me to a TV screen where a remote agent checked me in while she helped a couple who arrived after me. I had to scan my own ID, credit card, and activate my own room key. There was also an unexpected $50 deposit. When I got to my room, there were no towels, no extra toilet paper, dust...
