"The hotel itself was great, and I love the museum theme. The room was comfortable, modern. and really nice. The weak spot was the staff. Everything from a front deck staff that seemed more interested in their computers than helping us, and valets who took 20-30 minutes to get our car.
The biggest pain isn't the fault of the hotel but while they are a pet-friendly hotel, there isn't a single plot of grass anywhere within 10 blocks of the hotel. The staff was well aware telling us "there is no where to take your dog' but at the same time didn't to anything to create a solution. Something as simple as a square of astroturf would have made our lives so much easier."
