"Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. "

"Second and third floor of a large home with private entrance and off-street parking. Located just around the corner from the canal and main street in Fairport, so close to things too do. This was a family vacation that included our dogs and the Owners were accommodating and easy to deal with. 4 large rooms with king and queen sized bedding, laundry, kitchen; everything we needed for our 5 night stay."

"The home is exactly as presented in the listing. It was clean and very comfortable. There are a couple more chairs in the living room than shown, so it was comfortable for our whole party. The kitchen is very large--unlike many Rochester options--so one person can easily be making coffee while another is making toast and another is getting juice. "My stay was very horrible. it was ants everywhere host lied about the cleaner for a whole day . i couldn’t cook , shower and my family was very uncomfortable.. The host didn’t help me in any way but try to charger me extra for leaving pass 11am because of how nasty his place was."

"The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient to downtown near Main Street. On the down side, there wasn’t enough ventilation - the windows don’t open and the central air wasn’t working so it felt stuffy, in spite of the ceiling fan. Also, the bathroom door was broken and didn’t close properly. Overall the accommodations felt pretty basic."
