"We had 2 rooms. Neither had hand soap so we had to climb into the shower to use bath gel every time we wanted to wash our jhands. The tissue box was empty in one room and 1 tissue on the other room. No extra toilet paper. Just the 1/4 roll. Since there were no tissues I had to use most of the toilet paper to stop a bloody nose. Something that is common in that altitude. There was also rarely anyone at the front desk."

"This was an awkward hotel stay for us. We arrived around 8:30 pm to check in. Our room appeared to be exactly what we had reserved but after getting unpacked and settled we realized the shower was broken. They had no more rooms available and the staff was super quick to swap us over to another hotel. However, I found it odd that there was no compensation for the inconvenience of changing hotels. No refund, or discount. Just a trolley to load our bags on and then push across the parking lots to a...

"Definitely not a four star hotel. Smelled of cover-up perfume spray. Horrible breakfast."
