"House wasn't very sound proof, could easily hear traffic going over the bridge with windows and doors closed. Hot water ran out quickly. Parking for the car was an incredibly tight squeeze. There were cockroaches when we came in the door but not anywhere else in the house so this could have just been unlucky. Loads of mosquitos in the house as well when we first entered. Living space limited for a family with young kids (definitely not "generous" as advertised). Exhaust fan in bathrooms...
