"Nice hotel, good location, though a bit off from the main town, but it is a nice short walk in to the main shopping area. On the waterfront. Great views from the rooms, with balconies. Quiet. Weekends can get busy. Morning breakfast buffet, included, was decent. Very clean rooms, and housekeeping staff were very mice."

"The property was very central, less than 10 minutes drive to the ferry dock. Spacious rooms with kitchenette, cutlery and mini fridges. They also have a coffee station and tables in their beautiful garden where you can bring your breakfast. We were a big family, booked 3 rooms and everyone was very pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean and very cleaned regularly. Had a chance to meet with the owners and they were lovely people, very hospitable and friendly as well. They speak multiple languages, Greek, English, Turkish, French to name a few. Overall would recommend to everyone looking for a relaxed stay in the island."

"Nice location, very clean and quiet. Just steps away from the beach, with a lovely taverna within easy walking distance. There is no parking at the property, but we were able to find parking on the back streets in the neighborhood. A great choice for a relaxing stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Kontemare Seascape. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, luxurious, and very practical for a family stay. Everything felt new, clean, and well taken care of. The private pool and air conditioning made the stay extremely comfortable, and the beach is only about 100 steps away. Balos Beach was a wonderful surprise: peaceful, quiet, uncrowded, and beautiful. There are also several restaurants nearby, and every place we tried was excellent. The whole area has a calm, relaxing, authentic feeling. This was one of the most peaceful and comfortable stays of our trip. We slept very well, enjoyed the pool and the sea, and would happily come back. One small suggestion: because the villa is surrounded by nature, the pool can collect insects/leaves quickly. It was clean when we arrived, but by the next morning it needed attention again, so slightly more frequent pool cleaning would make the experience even better. Overall, a beautiful villa in a very special and peaceful location. Highly recommended."
