"The property is great and is as described. The beach is really just on the other side of the dunes. The kitchen is well-equipped with any tool or utensil you could need. Water pressure is great. There is an outdoor shower that was a welcome surprise as it is not shown in the pictures. I was slightly concerned about the 2nd bed as I also didn't see it in any of the pictures. When I inquired, Nick was quick to respond and explained that it is a fold-out bed that is tucked away inside the desk in the front room. We booked this property on a very last-minute whim and thought we'd only have Friday night and all day Saturday to enjoy it. When we determined that we didn't have to fly out until 3:00 PM on Sunday, we decided to squeeze in a very, very last-minute trip to Green Turtle Cay. Nick was very gracious to let us have a delayed check-out so that we didn't have to pack and take all our belongings to the ferry dock AND fly home covered in salt and sand. We were able to come back to the villa, pack, and get showered and refreshed before leaving. Communication was quick and helpful from start to finish. The only "issue" (if you can even call it that) was that the wifi password didn't work. We reported it and Nick had it resolved in minutes. Great service, great property, beautiful destination."
