"Lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff. Half a block from the bus. Reasonable walk to the University and city center. "

"Everything was very good, the room is spacious and there are lots of towels. There is also a TV and air conditioning "

"The property was in a village and was a timber and brick traditional building. The village had limited amenities, but was well located for visiting local towns: we visited Gottingen, Goslar, Einbeck, Hanover. Einbeck was a pleasant surprise as we were not aware of it and enjoyed the "pub crawl", following a route marked by barrels round the town. Gottingen botanic garden is historic, but not in perfect maintenance. Hanover Berggarten was worth a trip - the only place I have ever been to to get winter flowering orchids to flower in summer. The week was very hot for the time of year and it was good to spend time relaxing in the cool of the house."
