"Great location! The room's were very clean. We had to wait several hours for our room to be ready. Our rooms were the ones with the shared bathrooms. Bathrooms were very clean. The ladies room had two toilet stalls but one was out of service during our stay. Not sure how many rooms were to use the shared bathrooms on our floor? But would be nice to have two working toilets. The food was good at the Obsidian and the servers were very nice. Was not able to secure a reservation at the main restaurant in the inn."

"Parking as easy as it can get"

"Sneaky floor up above us sink didn't drain barley hot water upstairs bathroom leaked and wet the carpet.spoke to staff and they were like oh well.Stayed in less expensive room in the last month that were 100% better for the expensive price."

"This is an older Hotel and parking was very easy and the breakfast was okay. Only hot item available was waffles. Our room was so hot at night for sleeping even though we had the air conditioner on. Rooms are small and the mini fridge in the room did not have a freezer. "

"The front staff was very helpful and polite. They let us borrow bear spray which was very nice."

"We really enjoyed the size, privacy and quietness of the cabin. A few small issues though; they moved the check in hotel to a different property which made it confusing to find at first. The first cabin they gave us, nothing worked. Both TV’s and the safe were out of order. The 2nd cabin was all good. The bathroom fan was very loud and the sofa and chair were extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were unusable so I used a small blanket for a pillow. That being said, we would certainly go back to the Explorer Cabins as we enjoyed the fireplace and convenient location. Just watch TV in the bedroom, it’s way more comfortable."

"The hot tub wasn't ready for the season yet. The front desk staff were incredible. They arranged a stay with a partner hotel (same town) that had a working hot tub. Service above and beyond!"
