"Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, we did not love when house keeping came in our room. To preface, we didn’t have any dressers, counter space, or sink space to put items. Fine..I had everything organized, all my hair things. Clean clothes on one side of the suitcase and dirty on the other, all organized. Same for my husband. "Staff was wonderful. We went during spring break so it was definitely busy and they were very accommodating. Room was nice, but we waited a very long time and never got a text for checking in early. Hotel staff was absolutely amazing! Can’t complain about anything there. The view was amazing and the location was absolutely stellar! The Check and Desk can be difficult to find you have to walk quite a ways from the front area and the valet can be difficult to get in and out of. But other than...

"Very clean. Nice room like a 1bed apartment. Great location for the type of hotel. Right by crossing to the beach and the Miami Beach sign. Good Bikes included are so fun! Coffee excellent. I wish they had their coffee pot out it all day :) Breakfast is just ok. Most staff friendly but not all. Having a seating area in the front of the hotel would have been nice. I didn’t use the pool but looked nice. "
