"DO NOT BOOK THE ROUGE ROOM! IT DOES NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ON EXPEDIA OR THEIR OWN WEBSITE! THAT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED! I WAS SO EXCITED AND HAD BOOKED THAT ROOM JUST FOR THE RED BED AND COUCH! THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL, THERE WERE TONS OF FRUIT FLIES!, DIRT ALL OVER THE FLOOR, STAINS AND GRASS ALL OVER THE RUG, CURLY DARK HAIR ON OUR BATH TOWELS AND IN OUR BED SHEETS, THE BED WAS NOISY AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, THE BATHTUB DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND WHEN WE TURNED IT ON IT SMELT...
"The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint.
Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way."
