"Great staff, easy check in and convenient location"

"Lovely friendly staff, always remembering that I stayed before. We get the room we have requested. We order a vegetarian roast which is outstanding, food delicious and hot. Plenty of parking. Depending where the room is you can hear the traffic going past in the evening & mornings but overall alovely stay. That's why we keep going back and also you have a choice of breakfast part of the deal."

"When we arrived i bokjed us in and paid before check in and got key everthing fine got shown our room ,then went out with husband and our kids at night getting a fone call from manager saying i had to get out room as i hadnt booked the potion room which i had and i would have to get out that room in the morning , long story short had to go back n proof i had booked the potion room so didnt have to leave n that the wizardry had been double booked, manager didnt have a clue what was going on he...
