"Very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Good size fridge in the room. We didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely. Very convenient location... close to restaurants, quick shopping and a very nice park a short walk away. The bed was a bit firm for me, but the linens and the room was otherwise perfect."

"I phoned the venue to cancel *Months* in advance. Somehow the ball was dropped and the cancelation wasn't registered. I did not stay at the hotel but got billed in full. I requested that this be changed. They declined. I have been a good customer there in the past and they still denied me on this. I am livid."

"The hotel and rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable and the a/c was delicious after a few hot and humid days. Our only complaint is that noise carries. We could hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. Doors slamming, bed moving etc."
