3-room semi-detached house 80 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Bright, modern and stylish furnishings: living/dining room 33 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom 14 m2, with sloping ceilings. 1 room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. An der Sauberkeit gibt es nicht viel auszusetzen. Der Checkin war problemlos. Uns war es nur etwas zu weit von der Küste bzw. den Gaststätten entfernt. Hier waren die Fahrräder Gold wert.

Gemütliche und saubere Wohnung

Die Sandmuschel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und freundlich bis liebevoll eingerichtet. Nur im Bad sieht man noch diverse (verschlossene) Dübellöcher. Das ändert aber nix daran, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Preislich kein Schnäppchen aber OK, Lage ruhig am Ortsrand.

Das Haus war sehr sauber, es war ruhig gelegen. Ein sehr großes minus war, ich versuchte ein einen Tag vor Anreise anzurufen und war 1,25 Std. in einer Warteschleife bei meiner Ankunft waren 3 Angestellte im Büro und kein Telefonat wurde geführt, dadurch fühlte ich mich ziemlich verarscht

Schönes Objekt mit einem besonders schönen Garten. Schlecht: wir konnten erst um 17:15 ins Haus, da es an dem Tag wohl so viel an-und abreisen gab und die Reinigungsleute nicht nach gekommen sind.... Etwas spät mit 2 kleinen Kindern

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Positiv: 1. Sehr sauber, hell und schön dekoriert. 2. Gut ausgestattet. 3. Ca. 10 Gehmin. vom Deich. 4. Platz für 4 Personen. 5. W-lan Negativ: 1. Da es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte handelt, hört man einige Geräusche vom Nachbarn (Wasser, Treppenlaufen, Rolladen). 2. Keine Gartenumzäunung, mit Kleinkind nicht ideal. 3. Die Apartments auf der Eingangsseite können beim Duschen zuschauen, da sie auf der gleichen Höhe liegen. 4. Die Müllsituation müsste besser beachtet werden, volle Tonnen.

Grosszügiges und sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus

Einfache Wohnungsübergabe. Sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet. Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht, Waschmöglichkeit aber unkompliziert bei der Verwaltung. Viel Platz, alles was man braucht - richtig gemütlich. Norddeich: eher viele Gäste, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Sich wie zu Hause fühlen

Das FH ist einem sehr guten Zustand und alles ist sehr gepflegt : die Einrichtung, das Mobiliar, der Garten. Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Einziges Manko: der Münzautomat für die Waschmaschine funktionierte nicht. Das Interhome- Büro in Norddeich hat unbürokratisch geholfen und wir konnten im dortigen Office die eine benötigte Waschladung waschen.

Schönes Familien-Ferienhaus mit Garten

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit schönem Garten, ausreichend Sitz- und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten sowie einer guten Küche. Ruhige Wohngegend mit guter Infrastruktur und Fahrradnähe für Strand und sonstige Attraktionen. Internetanbindung war die zweite Woche schwierig mit vielen Ausfällen, Bezahllösung für Waschmaschine wenig durchdacht und kundenunfreundlich. Schnelle Reaktion nach Meldung zu kaputtem Bett. Insgesamt zu empfehlen.
