Alles prima!

Ich kann die eher negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen und freue mich, dass ich mich nicht habe abschrecken lassen. Wer eine Selbstbestätigung durch seine FeWo braucht, soll vielleicht woanders gucken. Hier ist eine solide,günstige, gut angebundene Wohnung. Wir sind ohne Auto gekommen und konnten zu Fuß von dem ICE zur Wohnung und zum Netto. Im Eingangsraum ist viel Platz für Kinderwagen usw. Es ist eine steile Treppe vorhanden, so das Menschen mit Behinderungen hier Probleme hätten.

Alles sauber, gute Lage. Grosser Eingangsraum perfekt für Kinderwagen. Steile Treppe nach oben in den Wohnungsbereich. Bäckerei gegenüber, die Kinder konnten jeden Morgen die Brötchen alleine holen.

Wir waren zwei Personen, die Wohnung für 6 Personen ( kleiner Balkon für 2 Personen. Küchenausstatung in Ordnung, Geschirr müsste mal überarbeitet werden , Treppe sehr steil für Fußkranke .

Tolle Lage, große, teilerneuerte Wohnung

Große Wohnung, die teilweise alt war und teilweise renoviert wurde. Dieser Mix hat uns persönlich nicht gefallen. Es ist alles vorhanden was in einer Ferienwohnung vorhanden sein sollte. Bäckerei direkt gegenüber.

Sehr viel Platz, gute Ausstattung

Wir hatten viel Platz, alles ist sauber und in einem guten Zustand gewesen. Ausstattung der Küche ist echt gut. einziges Manko, bei dem Herd funktionierten nur zwei Platten. Wer einen Ferneseher in der Küche toll findet, kommt auf seine Kosten. Alles in allem super.

Dusche innen: links und rechts Schimmel Dusche außen schmutzig 1 Rauchmelder fehlte Balkon am Schlafzimmer eine klappernde Plane die nicht vernünftig befestigt war (sehr laut bei Wind) Induktionsplatte die immer blinkte Treppe viel zu steil und Treppenstufen zu schmal, nichts für alte Menschen. (Din Norm?) Kindersicherung an der Treppe nur mit einem dünnen Draht zu befestigen. (gefährlich) Unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter von Interhome die 2 Tage nicht ans Tel. gingen und wir weggedrückt wurden.
