Check-in was easy and the staff was great. I had to extend my stay and they made sure I was able to stay in my same room. We always go to Soccer Tournaments at Silverlakes. We have stayed at other hotels but figured because this hotel was 3 min away it was a good choice. It was the worst choice. Next time I will drive a little more but stay at a Descent hotel.
