"Hotel right in the city centre. Easily walking distance from hotel. 5 mins or less from Amsterdam central. You can easily reach out to local attraction, red light area, cafes by walking. Down side was mattress was worst. We booked 2 twin rooms & in both was same issue."

"Check in/out were easy and have room to keep bags. Hotel room was not very clean, not sure sheets were cleaned. Mattress for bed was beyond used - creator in the middle when you lay down. Pretty bare bones - not even an electric kettle to make hot water in the morning. If you are on a street side room you may want ear plugs to sleep as street noise comes in very easily. Personally I would not recommend staying here."

"Room was fairly clean. I still took multipurpose wipes with me. Balcony was a great aspect of the room. Coffe machine but no mugs... Staff were helpful when required we asked for a do not disturb sign for our stay. We kept everything together and tidy during our stay. The location is brilliant for somewhere to sleep. Would have liked a full length mirror in room. Balcony space could do with abit more of a clean even just "

"Location, location, location - was excellent! The staff in the reception and bell desk were top notch! I would like to give Liam a call out. He knows what excellent Customer Service is about!! Thank you so much, Liam! Our low light was the SPA which was not functioning during our stay. The SPA was one of the reason why I had chosen the hotel. It was disappointing that the check out day (weekend) it magically re-open. No one notify us about it. I would have love to spend a couple of hours there before leaving. Maybe next time!"
