"It was a convenient location as we were boarding a Holland America ship the next day. It was literally across the street from the boarding area. The reason I gave it 4 stars was to evening meal area is a food court with really great food choices, but the music was so loud you couldn’t hear anyone."

"We were in a city view room that was smaller but very well laid out. The Haven shares what would appear to be an excellent spa like area with a pool, sauna, and relaxing area with excellent views of the harbour with the adjoining Hilton Doubletree hotel. The Haven has a restaurant that appears to be only used for the breakfast buffet which was very good with plenty of options. We would definitely consider staying at the Haven on our next visit to Rotterdam. We visited the DO restaurant in the adjoining Hilton Doubletree as it was convenient to do so. The first night we were advised to pick our own table and someone would be with us shortly. We sat at our table for the next 20 - 25 minutes and no one ever did come by to see us. As such, we left. We decided to try the DO on the second night with the service being much better. The food was reasonably good but on the expensive side. The menu is somewhat limited."

"Great stay in a room overlooking the river. The room had good facilities, comfortable bed and superb view. The hotel is well placed with easy access via the metro. Hotel staff were super friendly and attentive."

"Our room was spacious and so comfortable. We had a nice corner room. We had spent several days before in a very small, historic hotel in another town. We tripped over our luggage or furniture constantly. This room had so much space. The kettle and tea were a nice touch."

"We came with our little Shiba. The location was close to the Jaabeurs exhibition halls for my business but was a relaxing wellness place for my girlfriend to relax. We made use of the 3 saunas and everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was excellent as other reviews has said."
