"convenient ;location"

"The location of this house was our favorite feature - it was convenient to downtown Newport and walkable to Easton’s beach. The listing said it was equipped for 5 guests, with a trundle bed and pull out coach in addition to the main bed. There were no linens for the trundle or pull out coach. On our second night, we were unable to get the air conditioning to turn on, and the space was very humid and warm. We could not get the tv to turn on, which wasn’t a big deal to us but slightly...

"Beautiful area, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, nice clean house"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint and welcoming property. It was a perfect location for our time in Newport, just 15 minutes from the beach. Phil was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and attentive. Very comfortable beds as well. We’d stay there again. "

"This location was a bit sketchy. We had to climb 5 flights of stairs. Not a great part of town. "

"This retreat was clean, nicely decorated and the layout was spacious and open. The views of the water, woods, and wildlife were peaceful and relaxing, we especially enjoyed them from the patio deck and while relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture. The host was communicative and accommodating to our needs."

"This is a cute home in a quiet neighborhood. It comes with plenty of kitchen utensils to do any of your cooking. The living area was comfortable, the bedrooms were comfortable enough, and the covered area on the back deck was a nice area to relax. We didn't use the grill, but it's there if you want to BBQ. The main room's door didn't close completely, but...

"Cabin was just as described. It was clean, well furnished and made a great home base for a long weekend."

"This is a hidden gem, off the beaten path, yet accessible to all the splendors of this beautiful area. The home is spacious and welcoming. The kitchen offers the opportunity to cook all meals comfortably if wanted. The fire pit is a definite bonus."
