"Upon checking into the hotel, we were met with an overwhelming air freshener scent throughout the property. The fragrance was so strong that, as an asthma sufferer, I needed to keep my inhaler with me. When we arrived on our floor, there was a used condom on the floor outside our room, which raised immediate concerns about cleanliness and housekeeping standards. We were instructed to retrieve ice from an ice machine located in a room that also contained rollaway beds, mops, cleaning equipment,...

"Excellent location. Felt very safe. It was conveniently located to downtown and all the sites we wanted to visit. The house was beautifully decorated - loved all the wood. The beds were very comfortable and the back yard parking was a bonus. Loved the door locks! Owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Would book Peachtree House again for our next visit without hesitation."

"Great little place. However, could use a small bit of upkeep. The shower curtain was moldy, the AC/Fans all needed filters replaced and were a tad noisy. One spoon left in the cutlery set. Otherwise a really great little place, perfect location!"
