This beautiful new house, bright open on its small garden welcomes you with taste and comfort. In winter, enjoy the calm of the island with mimosas and the softness of the floor heating of the house. Beautifully decorated, it is ideally placed to put the car and enjoy cycling or walking the blackmoutrine sweetness, its beaches, its center and its old port, its swamps, its pines ....

Belle maison agréable à vivre

Très belle maison, trois belles chambres, 2 belles salle d'eau, cuisine nickel. La maison est au top. Nous avons regretté de n'avoir pas eu plus de communication physique avec les propriétaires. Ils sont charmants mais nous les avons vu qu'à notre départ bien qu'ils vivent juste en face. Dommage! Nous recommandons cette location.

Excellent séjour à Noirmoutier

Nous avons été conquis par cette maison décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Idéalement située entre le centre ville de Noirmoutier-en-l’Île et les plages du Bois de la Chaise, il est possible de laisser son véhicule garé et de se déplacer uniquement en vélo. La cuisine ouverte permet de ne jamais se sentir isolé de la famille ou des amis. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, tout en étant discrets. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir passer de nouvelles vacances dans cette jolie maison.

Un séjour delicieux

Notre séjour dans cette jolie maison restera parmi nos plus mémorables séjours sur NO : la localisation est idéale , la maison est très bien équipée et très propre ( comme neuve). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Géraldine et Pierre, d’une bienveillance remarquable.

Séjour ideal a noirmoutier

J’ai l’habitude de venir séjourner à noirmoutier à l’herbaudiere. Le fait d’avoir changé pour Noimoutier en L’Île dans la magnifique maison de Géraldine ne m’a pas fait regretter le changement. Maison spacieuse (salon plus grand sur les photos) et lumineuse, moderne et extrêmement bien équipée.

Belle maison élégante et fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Il ne manque rien dans la maison, meublée avec goût. La literie est excellente.Elle se trouve à 1 km environ du centre.

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans ce logement lumineux, très confortable, bien équipé et agréablement décoré, tout près des commerces de Noirmoutier en l'île mais au calme. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Nous recommandons.

Formidable !

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos enfants (2 et 5 ans) La maison est dans une état de propreté impeccable, la literie est de très bonne qualité. La maison est très bien située, 10 minutes à vélo de la plage et 5 minutes du centre ville, dans un endroit très calme. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine sur cette île inimitable, et grâce au petit « cahier noir » nous avons saisie tous les bons plans de l’île ! Pierre et Géraldine sont vraiment Adorables et plein de charmantes attentions à notre égard ;) On reviendra !

Juste parfait !

L’accueil, l’emplacement, la maison très fonctionnelle et très propre (et un aménagement intérieur des plus réussi), le petit jardin cosy, et enfin l’île, ses plages et ... ses biscuits ! Absolument rien à redire, nous avons vraiment passé un super séjour ! Merci encore pour l’accueil ! Romain

Location de vacances au top !

Excellente semaine passée dans cette maison. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir l’Ile à vélo. Tout est facilement accessible (centre ville et commerces, plages, pistes cyclables...). Maison très bien équipée, en tout point conforme à l’annonce et aux photos. Et ce qui n’est pas négligeable : des propriétaires accueillants qui ont à cœur que notre séjour se passe bien.

Väldigt fint och väldisponerat hus. Perfekt för semester. Nära till cykeluthyrning och fina stränder inom gångavstånd. Även gångavstånd till centrum och affärer. Trevligt värdpar som hyrde ut huset. Vi är helnöjda med vår vecka. Ruth & Per-Henrik

nous sommes très satisfaits. les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets. la maison est très lumineuse , très bien équipée et d'une propreté remarquable. Une belle maison moderne , très lumineuse avec tout le confort nécessaire. Emplacement ideal à 500m du centre ville de Noirmoutier. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Je recommande cete jolie location.
