"A stunning, unique property exactly as described. Very friendly and helpful host living on site with his family, with his parents in the main house and occasional visitors to view the house and gardens made for a unique experience. Perhaps not ideal if you're looking for complete privacy, but our 6-strong adult party (parents 2 kids 2 partners) really enjoyed staying in a living, breathing, stunning, historical house and Jacopo (our host, Count Marcello) couldn't have been more helpful.Handy location too for nearby attractions such as Venice, Padua, Citadella (must see) and Verona but a car is essential. While there are restaurants and bars close by, the lack of pavements makes it unwise to walk anywhere off site. Massive supermarket 10 mins drive away was super-handy.Definitely recommend!"

"Très bien situé pour visiter Venise, Padoue, Trévise en transport en commun. Proximité pizzeria, glaciers, centre historique de Noale très joli.Climatisation appréciable.Parking juste devant la maison.Manque peut-être quelques assiettes, verres et couverts pour une famille de 5 personnes avec le lave-vaisselle présent.Si vous avez de très jeunes enfants, présence de plusieurs escaliers.Propriétaires et fils très sympathiques."

"It is very nice hotel, well-maintained, very good additional services and enjoyable restaurant. It is well- located if one comes with car and wants to enjoy Veneto region. It's located nearby main sights but away from tourist crowed."

"Room was ample for 3 people, clean, had own bathroom and A/C. About location, it is about 45 to 50 minutes away bus ride from the island, however the bus stop is less than hundred meters away from the hotel, so drive a little save a lot, properties close to island are more expensive and probably don’t provide the same comfort. Very happy with this place, we would definitely use it again."

"Wow, Vanessa House is an amazing bed and breakfast! We were treated like family upon arrival. Private parking was provided which made coming and going very easy. Breakfast was delicious, with many homemade and local items, coffee and a variety of juices. Our youngest kid loved the pool and the cats most of all. :) We requested two rooms. Both were very clean with working AC units. Each room had a small refrigerator as well for drinks and small snacks. The hosts were very responsive to all questions and gave us good recommendations, including restaurants and transportation options to old Venice. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was perfect! Grazie, Elena and Vanessa."

"If you are touring northern Italy by car, THIS IS THE PERFECT base for your Venice/Padova excursions!! The place is a classic Italian country villa, with the friendliest staff of the entire trip. We were allowed to leave the car inside their secure grounds while visiting Venice, even if it was our checkout day. The public bus 7D to/from Venice (2.50 euros per ride) stops right at the property!! Mirano is a lovely small town with great restaurants and gelaterias. One of the BEST VALUES of our entire tour!!"

"Very secure location, apartment was spacious, a lot of snacks, water, sweets waited for us. Check in was easy, locked box for the keys. Communication with Mrs Meda was seamless. We left behind a wires and she messaged immediately- we recovered it quickly! Thank you so much for the hospitality. We will return as we have family in town. "

"Magdalena and Francesco were the ultimate hosts!! This stay was absolutely wonderful. So clean, so comfortable, the bed??? please .. very restful. Note, if you want to sleep in, shut the shutters…cars on street in AM can be noisy. PM however, so quiet. Hot shower, clean and large flat! Highly recommend!!"

"Very friendly and helpful host. Immaculate property in lovely rural setting. Well situated for visiting Venice (suggest rail from Treviso station, trains very frequent and very cheap) and many other places of interest in this beautiful area of Italy. First class. "
