The annoying thing was that the owner has put forth a lengthy set of complicated exit rules (removing towels and sheets, vacuuming the floors, removing trash etc). "The location was perfect - a quick walk from the train station. All of central Leipzig was in easy walking distance. The rooms are nice, large and well equipped. The beds are a bit soft so it was not great for my back. They charge 19 euros for breakfast - but don’t worry as kitty corner to the hotel is a great bakery open early for coffee and breakfast for about 7 euros."
