Everything besides the location was great about the hotel. The front desk staff, Phloung in particular, were wonderful.

good pool but the gym and pool hours end too early at 7 pm or 8 pm. No pool towels even at noon. Breakfast staff for pho and egg station leaves the station an hour before breakfast ends. Pho soup is better than some street vendors. Room is a bit outdated with wall cracks but the room is still big with updated bathrooms.

a very friendly staff to customers

I checked in on the evening of September 5th. 1. The attitude and service of reception female employees to customers are the best. I really want to compliment her. 2. The location is a little away from the city center. However, there is no big problem because it is less than 10 minutes if you travel by vehicle. 3. The facilities are clean and satisfying.

Clean, modern rooms at very affordable prices. Staff is very helpful. While the property is not centrally located, taxis are easily arranged and cheap.

Unglaubliches Hotel. Frühstück 10/10 Zimmer und vor allem die BETTEN 10/10 Personal 10/10 Gebäude und Einrichtung 10/10 Das einzig Problematische ist die große Entfernung zur Touristenregion - Tam Coc ist schon eine Ecke entfernt. Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit was es betrifft, preisgünstige Beförderungsmittel und Ausflüge zu organisieren. Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde problemlos veranlasst. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

여기가 그나마 나은 호텔이라니

일단 전망은 아주 좋습니다. 강 뷰로 하면 해 뜨는 걸 볼 수 있고 시내뷰로 하면 해 지는 걸 볼 수 있습니다. 위치는 매우 외곽이라 어딜 가든 30분 이상 걸립니다(편도 택비시 만원 이상 든다고 생각하면 됨). 주변에 아무것도 없고 옆 건물 1층에 카페 하나 있는데 거기서 룸서비스도 담당해줍니다. 체크인 시 요구사항이 반영되지 않을 수 있으며 스파는 매우 좋으나 아침 식사는 부실한 편입니다. 방음이 잘 되지는 않아서 밖의 차 소리는 안들리지만 실내가 다소 시끄럽습니다. 욕실에는 샤워 호수가 따로 없이 해바라기형입니다. 룸 서비스는 요청한 음식과 다른 음식이 올 수 있습니다.

Good choice for new hotel facilities in ninh bình. After some discussion, hotel finally allowed us to check in without surcharges. I'm happy they were able to be accomodating with the available room. Book the balcony view room!

Amazing stay at the Reed

This is one of the best hotels in Ninh Binh. The staff were very friendly and even arranged our day tour for the next day. Breakfast and the cafe were okay. I will recommend this hotel and I will surely come back

가격에 비해 숙소상태는 매우 좋습니다. 숙소 내부의 청결도도 굉장히 좋아 어느 비지니스호텔 못지않게 깔끔합니다. 다만 도심과는 거리가 떨어져있으며 택시를 부르거나 다른 방법을 이용해 닌빈 시내로 나가야 합니다. 직원들의 영어나 의사소통이 원활하지는 않습니다만 잘 설명하면 되는 부분입니다. 미니바 가격이 저렴합니다. 호텔내 식당이 여러개 있는데 옆건물 1층에 레스토랑도 있고 조식먹을수 있는 레스토랑은 숙박동 3층에 있습니다. 헷갈리지 않고 찾아가길 바랍니다.

Very nice hotel, but far from the action

Beautiful hotel and extremely clean and polished. It is quite a distance from the center of Ninh Binh though, as it is more for business and convention center guests than sightseeing travel. Service and facilities are excellent.
