LUXURY Kenai River Estate with Private Fishing Dock located ON the KENAI River!
10/10 Excellent
"We had the most amazing girls’ trip at this beautiful Alaska home! All of us came from different parts of the country, and one of our friends had heard about this property from someone who had stayed there before. We were looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to spend time together—and this house was absolutely perfect. Sept was a perfect month to visit! The house was exactly as beautiful as the pictures, and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. The great room was perfect for our nightly themed parties, and we spent so much time gathered around the outdoor fireplace in the backyard, talking, laughing, and enjoying each other’s company.None of us are fishermen, but that didn’t matter at all. We loved sitting by the river, taking in the peaceful scenery, and simply enjoying the beauty of Alaska. The house was exceptionally clean and had absolutely everything we could have wanted for our stay. We cooked some amazing dinners and had so much fun hosting our own little dinner parties. And we especially appreciated the little details—like having beautiful martini glasses for our evening espresso martinis! This home gave us the perfect setting for an unforgettable girls’ trip. We loved every minute of our stay and are already hoping to come back someday with our families. Next time, maybe we'll even try our hand at fishing!Thank you for sharing such a wonderful home with us. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our annual girls’ getaway!"
"It is an older unit but for a large group this place was great. we were 15 old high school friends who come to the Kenai to fish, and this is the best place yet that we stayed at overall. It is a little far out from the Kenai, but it is close to the Swanson River north of the lodge. The onsite staff and the host answered all of our questions and when supplies ran low, they were there within a couple of hours. They allowed my dog so long as we cleaned up after her and she wasn't a nuisance. One of the best things was being between the two lakes and the lodge allowing use of fishing poles, lures, spinners, there small motorboat and kayaks to fish and just enjoy being on the lakes. We saw moose and there is an eagles nest hidden behind the lodge. This place was clean and with the pool table, and game room it was a nice place to be after dinner. I hope we can get this place the next time we head to the Kenai with a large group. Thank you, Jennifer, for always answering my emails promptly and giving us good advice on area attractions. Looking forward to getting back in the next year or two."
