"If you value your personal safety and basic customer service, I would not recommend staying at a Numa property. I travel often and have never felt compelled to leave a hotel review before, but this was one of my worst hospitality experiences. No staff on-site, virtually no human support, and an AI chatbot that can’t handle basic requests. I spent over an hour trying to arrange a late check-out, only for a human representative to repeat the same generic responses. They claimed they needed time...

"The hostess was very welcoming and always available for anything we needed!"

"The property was nice and in a great location. You could hear people down on the street throughout most of the night, although the noise did not bother us very much. No one was on premises so we could not ask them to hold our luggage for us. Stairs to the room were very steep and small. It was difficult to bring our heavy bags up and down the stairs. Also, they told us our key cards would work on the entrance door, but they did not. We had to use the entrance code on the keypad to get in."
