Only caution I would provide is regarding steep staircases to second and 3rd floor which given the age of the building, I'd consider the norm. However, if you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you. The staff was super responsive and communicated via text promptly."

Our room was on the second floor, just above the bars/restaurants and we could not sleep until mid night. The room did not have any air conditioning system, except two fans that one of them was broken. We had to close the windows because of the outside noise, so the room was quite hot. "I had an upper pod. Mattress & bedding were superb. Best night’s sleep in 50 years. Quiet and comfortable. My only issue was getting in & out of the upper pod. There’s only 2 vertical handles about arms length apart and feels unsafe getting out. Dangerous when you’re using one arm, almost ripped it off on the first time. There’s definitely a higher risk & higher consequences for the less abled person."
