"Notre sejour etait fantastic.... its etaient tres acceuillant et ouvert d'offre ses avis p.e. meilleurs restaurants. Les chambres ont beaucoup de caractere et tres confortable. On etait vraiment dans la nature..tres calme, beaucoup des oiseaux... Fantastic stay and owners very welcoming and happy to offer advice on the area. "We booked two apartments for our family and had a very enjoyable stay. The kids especially loved spending time in the pool! The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. As many other guests have mentioned, the property could use some updates, but overall, we had a good experience. The apartments were clean when we arrived, and the location was very convenient, just a 12-minute drive from La Rochelle. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!"

"Great location for La Rochelle with everything right outside the hotel. We had a comfort room and it was small, so I would recommend upgrading if you can. Great breakfast selection but get down early. It's a quirky hotel, very prison block style inside! People walking through the breakfast area with their cases was a bit strange. Disappointing that the bar was closed during August. No room service or evening meals, just breakfast. Rooms cleaned daily but service was inconsistent. We had two rooms, the second room had bottled water and extra toilet rolls left every day, the first room didn't! Not something we complained about, but it was annoying. Overall it was good for a short stay."

"The room was large and the bed comfortable. Good size bathroom. A fan was provided as no air-conditioning. The only downside was the window did not open and had a closed shutter on the outside. Not too much of a problem as only slept there but initially it felt a little claustrophobic. Great location. Would stay there again but only in a room with a window you could see out of and opened."
