"Shocking is one word to describe our experience. Frequent travellers, we have never experienced anything like this. We were let into apartment with quick instructions and a set of keys. We were not given blankets, no wifi instructions, no toilet paper. Terrace turned out to be a small balcony with stained furniture and a paddle of running water. "Le ménage n'a pas était fait dans ma salle d'eau il y avait plein de résidu de savon et poils de cu** dans la douche ainsi que des poils sur le déroulé papier et dans la poubelle, pas de dame de ménage pour nettoyer comme week-end férié, Le matelas n'était pas propre ainsi que la housse de canapé,table pas nettoyé sol j'ai une hésitation sur le fait qu'il a était nettoyer... sinon l'appartement est fonctionnel les voisins a droite un peu bruyant le logement était climatisé avant l'arrivée"

"This was our first time in France. Maria was an excellent hostess and was more than helpful. Maria helped with places to eat, shop and visit. The accomodation was spacious, clean and inviting. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to France and would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Nice. A great experience which left us sad to leave. "Good view of sea. Lifts worked well. comfortable BUT 2 beds had faulty legs, non functioning coffee machine black mould round bath and a very rushed muddled introduction. Blind in blue room didnt work, balcony looked nothing like the picture, with just tatty scraps of sun shade very limited pans and kitchen wequipmeware. We bought some wine glasses and left them to help out! Spartan as accommodation but with so much potential. Lots to do in the area. Locals are lovely."
