Small farmhouse, charm of the old in a contemporary spirit, on two levels (fitted kitchen - induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer-, living room with fireplace; bedroom, shower wc on the ground floor; bedroom floor, shower, wc), with, 20 meters from the house, an independent guest bedroom (shower and wc), in an old fitted tank. Large wooden terraces, two hectare olive grove, in absolute calm, facing south, in one of the most beautiful villages in France, Coaraze.

The perfect holiday

It's an amazing property, both the garden and the house. A little slice of paradise. I can't recommend it enough. And the owners are very helpful and easy to get along with. I hope I will return soon.

Even better than the pictures, in our opinion. Incredibly beautiful home in an amazing location. The property is expansive and unique - we loved the wild lavender and rosemary everywhere. Not far at all to Nice and a perfect, quiet escape from the city. Dominique was a great and communicative host, and gave us several nearby spots to check out. Highly recommend.

Le logement est sympathique, atypique et bien équipé. Malheureusement, son accessibilité (25min de route infernale en montagne) ainsi que le manque de commerces de proximité (pas de boulangerie, magasin, marché) peuvent rendre le séjours compliqué. Aussi, énormément de moustiques.

Deux semaines loin de la folie urbaine

Tout d’abord Dominique est un hôte charmant et accueillant !La localisation de cette pépite est tout simplement exceptionnelle !À déconseiller cependant aux personnes ayant des difficultés pour monter et descendre les escaliers. Nous recommandons l’endroit aux amoureux de la nature !

avis sur gite a coaraze

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce gite. Photos embellies. Ne convient pas à des personnes avec soucis de marche. Dangereux pour les enfants et femmes enceinte. Deuxième chambre en extérieur, 10 marches à monter. troisième chambre 45 marches en bois sous les arbres, très glissantes, sans lumière. Pas d'accès a la maison pour la voiture. 150m à faire à pied avec nos bagages. Pas de menage, pas de micro onde et vaisselle vieillotte. avec gite clôturé par fils électriques cause sanglier , qui ne les as pas empêché de venir une nuit. Gite convient pour un groupe de jeunes.

De très belles vacances , le secteur et l endroit de la location sont tout simplement merveilleux. Quelques bémols: Pas de vélos a disposition comme prévu dans l annonce pour cause de réparations mais nous n avons pas été prévenus donc les ballades prévues ont été annulées, j ai signifie ce loupé au propriétaire qui n a même pas répondu a mon message Pas d intimité dans la chambre principale car pas de rideau et la douche est a la vue de tous… Des installations électriques SDB et cuisine pas a la hauteur du tarif du séjour, fils visibles... Aucun élément pour se rafraichir: ventilateur ou tour par des températures très élevées le secteur est envahi par les moustiques donc le soir deux options rester a l extérieur et se faire dévorer ou être a l intérieur mais sans moustiquaires impossible de laisser les fenêtres et baies ouvertes le logement est très bien mais il manque quelques prestations pour etre à la hauteur du tarif

A little corner of paradise

We spent 10 days at Dominque’s property and didn’t want to leave! The property comprises of three separate rooms with their own shower and toilet, so best suited to couples or those with older children. We cooked many meals there and there were many essentials that we could use. The drive is about 30 minutes to Nice , so best to buy food etc beforehand in the nearby town. The space outside is amazing with many olive trees and numerous herbs and different levels for you to sit and just enjoy your surroundings. The kids spent their days by the pool and there are also hammocks , swings and table tennis to entertain. I love what Dominique has created, an atypical property that is full of charm and delight. Also any if you have any issues, he will be at hand to answer any queries.

Location atypique

location dans un endroit très calme au milieu de la nature, reposant, emplacement parmi une oliveraie très agréable. Location un peu atypique au niveau de l'aménagement, une chambre très à l'écart des deux autres.... terrasse très agréable, et ensoleillée au moment du petit dèj. quelques petits bémols: manque des rideaux dans deux chambres, des verres à pieds, une cafetière éléctrique et le ménage est un peu léger. Nous avons malgré tout passé un très bon séjour entre amis.

Mooi huis in een heel mooie omgeving! We kunnen echter maar 2 sterren geven, omwille van de flauwe bereidwilligheid van de verhuurder. Het huis was bij aankomst verre van proper en het zwembadwater was heel vuil. De filter was blijkbaar verstopt waardoor het water vol vlokken en echte viezigheid dreef. Er lag een echte laag smurrie in. Er zat ook geen chloor meer in. We hebben dit onmiddellijk gemeld maar werden niet geloofd. Na veel over en weer gemail, heeft de eigenaar uiteindelijk een technieker gestuurd en deze heeft het opgelost. Jammer genoeg hebben we dan maar 2 dagen meer kunnen genieten van een proper zwembad. (verblijf van 10 dagen) De eigenaar greep allerlei uitvluchten en excuses aan om dit probleem te minimaliseren en weigert een compensatie. We hebben nochtans heel veel geduld gehad. De eigenaar heeft ook de buren gestuurd en deze hebben bevestigd aan de eigenaar en aan ons dat de filter niet meer werkte en dat het zwembadwater echt in erbarmelijke en zelfs schandalige staat was. Het was best mogelijk geweest het probleem veel sneller op te lossen door bijvoorbeeld meteen een technieken te sturen. Daardoor zitten we met een heel wrang gevoel achteraf. Wij zoeken altijd een huis met een zwembad voor onze vakantie, betalen daar uiteraard meer voor maar verwachten dan wel een zwembad dat proper is. Ook toen we lieten weten dat het huis verre van proper was bij aankomst werd dit ferm geminimaliseerd. Dode muizen op de keukenvloer vinden, wijzen er nochtans op dat er niet echt gepoetst is geweest denk ik. Ook een koelkast die plakt vanbinnen van de vuiligheid wijst niet op het eens vlug reinigen. Ook dit werd door ons op de eerste dag enkel eens vermeld zodat de eigenaar tenminste ging weten dat het huis niet werd onderhouden (eigenaar was namelijk zelf op reis). Dit alles kan gebeuren maar dan moet er wel gezorgd worden voor een snelle oplossing of als dit niet mogelijk is op zijn minst een compensatie. We hebben geen van beide gekregen.

Relaxen mitten in der Natur

Entspannter Urlaub und ein traumhaftes verwildertes Grundstück - bisschen wie Campen. Tolle Umgebung mit viel Natur, tolles entspanntes Dorf. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten: kein WLAN obwohl im Inserat angegeben und eindeutig zu wenig Handtücher (1 pro Person) obwohl im Inserat angegeben, dass diverse Handtücher zur Verfügung stehen. Auch auf Nachfragen wurden uns leider keine weiteren Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Generell ist es ein traumhaftes Grundstück, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bisschen feucht, was unserem Urlaub jedoch keinen Abbruch getan hat. Die Fotos auf der Seite zeigen das Haus und Grundstück vermutlich ein paar Jahre zuvor. Leider war die Bettwäsche hier und da etwas fleckig. Alles im allen hat uns aber die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in der Natur gut gefallen. Am Ende gab es Probleme mit der Kautionsrückzahlung. Diese wurde uns erst später und nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen erstattet. Ob es nun am Vermieter oder an der Agentur lag, hat uns hinterher niemand mitgeteilt.

A gorgeous & beautiful retreat

The property is very stylish & well equipped. The decking is absolutely lovely day & night, the plants & fairy lights make it quite, quite magical. The pool was fab & very well used. Table tennis & Petanque great too. A very quiet location within (very) easy distance of Coaraze & (more distant but only 30 minutes) Nice. Ann was very helpful. We would love to return 😍

A unique property in a dream location

We stayed here for three weeks and never closed the doors which opened onto decking that gave the impression we were sleeping in the tree tops. We quickly tuned into the natural surroundings and waking with the sunrise. The resistance pump in the pool was a great surprise enabling you to swim on the spot! The host, Dominique, was very helpful and discrete but easily contactable when needed.

Ruhiges Feriendomiziel - weg vom Trubel

Leider hat es bei Ankunft geregnet und danach auch immer wieder mal. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Bei schönem Wetter kann man den Garten super nutzen und relaxen. Es ist ein bisschen mühsam an die Küste zu kommen, da die Straßen sehr eng und kurvig sind. Nichts für ängstliche Autofahrer.
