  • Large apartment on the first floor of a charming 1920's style villa comprising a total of 3 apartments (one per floor).
    Swimming pool and garden reserved for guests with 3 parking spaces.
    The 86m2 apartment is located on the first floor of this magnificent classic Nice style villa recently renovated with a lot of charm. It enjoys an exceptional position: 10 minutes from Nice – Côte d'Azur airport, 5 minutes walk from St Laurent du Var train station and 10 minutes walk from the beach and the Cap 3000 shopping center. Close to all shops and bus stops.

    Ideal for a family holiday with its 2 bedrooms, garden, swimming pool and geographical location between land and sea.
    It offers a dream holiday to all those looking for calm, serenity, but also proximity to shops and sea bathing.

Beautiful villa (locally known as The Castle). Rooms were good size and spotlessly clean. The villa supplied everything you would ever need. Good communication with host. The pool was great! Kids loved it - so did the adults! Only a 2 minute walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Train station and local buses minutes away. Would definitely go again.

The Welcome was excellent. We arrived in the afternoon and was invited to share some drinks and food with the owners. The villa was lovely, the pool was superb. The WiFi was intermittent. This wasn’t an issue for me as I enjoyed the rest from the outside world, however, it could be an issue if you replied on it. There was only 3 separate bedrooms, the 4th bed was in the kitchen diner using a bed settee. The train station was only 5 minutes away from the villa. My advise would be to avoid the trains at busy times, stay local, if you do need to travel at busy times, use uber.
