## Emplacement
Between olive trees and vineyards lie the districts of Caucade, Fabron and Archet which are located in the western part of the city of Nice. Starting from the seaside and climbing up the hill by the avenue de Fabron, they are mainly composed of exceptional villas and modern residences. You will also find all types of local shops accessible both by foot and by car from the top of the hills. Ideally located, you will be only 15 minutes away from Nice city center, 15 minutes by car from the airport and 30 minutes from Monaco! An immersion between land and sea guaranteed!

## Transports
Less than 150m away from the front or back door of the building, are the stops "Lenval" on the bus line 12 or tramway line 2 which regularly deserve the airport, the railway station and the city center, all in less than 20 minutes.
